As I grew older, my passion for food continued to grow, and I knew that I wanted to share the traditional dishes that I loved with others.
After studying culinary arts in Italy, I moved to the United States to continue my culinary journey. Over the years, I have worked in various restaurants and developed my own unique style of cooking, blending traditional Italian techniques with modern flavors and techniques.
